Job summary

Tempe Power Equipment is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our service team. You will maintain and repair 2-cycle equipment, rotary mowers, generators, zero-turn mowers, and related outdoor power equipment. This hands-on role offers $23.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience, plus a performance bonus.

We are employee-owned and value clear communication with customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in small engine repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing 2-cycle and 4-stroke engines.
• Ability to provide repair quotes and read warranties.
• Clear communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Outdoor Power Equipment and rental fleet.
• Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Service, record maintenance history and ensure equipment condition.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
