Job summary

Thrive Therapies Group seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our Washington team and support K-12 students across multiple school communities. This full-time, school-based leadership role combines direct student service with clinical supervision.

You will carry a student caseload while providing oversight, coaching, and support to SLPs and SLPAs and help ensure high-quality, compliant services across assigned caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Active Washington SLP license in good standing, or initiation of licensure transfer before start date.
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP processes, eligibility requirements, and school-based SLP services.
• Experience providing clinical supervision, coaching, or leadership to SLPs/SLPAs.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple school sites in Seattle, Tacoma, and Bremerton.

Responsibilities

• Carry an assigned student caseload and provide speech-language services (articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, AAC).
• Supervise and support SLPs and SLPAs with onsite observations, feedback, coaching, and caseload consultation.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.
• Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals and monitor progress with data.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings across locations.
• Review service delivery and documentation for quality, timeliness, and alignment with IEP requirements.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Identify resources and help maintain high-quality school-based services.
