Job summary
Dynamic Gaming Solutions, LLC is seeking a Slot Technician in Wisconsin to support casino gaming machines and related equipment. You will lead maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and service in field environments while coordinating with a team of technicians.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3+ years of casino technician experience, plus the ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends. Willingness to travel to multiple markets is required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of casino technician experience required.
- Training in electrical/computer repair preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to selected markets and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and install all gaming equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on games.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and documentation.
- Troubleshoot problems for customers and on-site techs.
- Interface with customers during installations and service activities.
- Educate customers on basic game functionality.
- Drive a 26-foot box truck and pass DOT physical/drug tests.
