Job summary

Kansas Crossing Casino + Hotel is seeking a Slot Tech to monitor electronic gaming devices, ensure operability, and uphold approved procedures in a fast-paced on-site setting.

The role covers maintenance, repair, configuration, and upgrading of slot machines and peripherals, inventory management, and adherence to internal controls and responsible gaming policies to deliver hometown hospitality and fun.

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for guest service with energy and professionalism, providing Hometown Hospitality and delivering Fun.
• 2. Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of gaming machines.
• 3. Repairs and modifies components, electric systems and peripherals of the gaming machines and kiosks.
• 4. Configures slot and video machines to meet manufacturers and regulatory agency specifications.
• 5. Removes, moves, installs and/or upgrades slot machines.
• 6. Maintains an inventory of parts for the slot machines.
• 7. Monitors and tracks the slot machine malfunctions, the cause, the repair, and the parts involved.
• 8. Tracks and records all test money usage and testing results.
• 9. Notifies shift supervisor of irregularities in customers play.
• 10. Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• 11. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• 12. Effectively handles customer concerns and requests.
• 13. Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
• 14. Acts in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis.
• 15. Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• 16. Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.
