Job summary

Corelight is seeking a passionate and driven Pre-Sales Engineer to join our SLED Team focused on the Central Territory. You will collaborate with sales to deliver tailored demonstrations and provide technical guidance that translates complex concepts for both technical and business stakeholders.

You will design deployment strategies across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments, working with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, NDR, Zeek/Suricata, etc.
• Proven track record of managing technical evaluations (POCs).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and provide technical guidance and demos.
• Act as trusted advisor, communicating Corelight’s value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Customize and deliver product demos and POV engagements showcasing solutions.
• Architect deployments across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments; drive outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer success for smooth delivery and feedback.
• Travel roughly 50% to meet customers and support engagements.
