Outokumpu Chrome Oy is seeking a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Engineer to join its Manufacturing Excellence team in Calvert, Alabama. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and coaching teams.

Relocation assistance is provided. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years leading manufacturing excellence initiatives, and the ability to train others in Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory).
• >5 years leading operational excellence/manufacturing excellence projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct improvement work within Manufacturing Excellence.
• Local expert on improvement tools used in Manufacturing Excellence.
• Follow up projects and improvements, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Implement Outokumpu Manufacturing Excellence standards locally.
• Conduct training and coaching in Manufacturing Excellence methods.
