Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Project Manager for sitting and routing in the Lake Mary/Charlotte area. The role focuses on land planning, linear infrastructure routing, and regulatory approvals with a strong emphasis on collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding filings, acting as SME, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure compliance and timely delivery of major projects. CAD/GIS skills and public-speaking experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Geography, Planning or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide siting and routing practices for transmission facilities.
• Act as subject matter expert on siting and routing issues.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and schedules.
• Develop procedures to ensure regulatory compliance for new facilities.
• Support public meetings and regulatory filings and hearings.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
