Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, including Sitecore SXA, Helix architecture, and Scriban templating.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore platform architecture and databases.
• Experience integrating with Coveo, Marketing Automation platforms, CDPs, CDNs, and enterprise data lakes.
• Proficiency in API-first development using REST and GraphQL, including SSO integration.
• Experience with blue/green deployment pipelines on Azure PaaS environments.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client’s marketing and business websites using Sitecore XP and modern web technologies.
• Build internal marketing applications and APIs using headless frameworks such as Next.js.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, product managers, support engineers, and marketing stakeholders in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.
• Customize Sitecore SXA to support integrations with Marketing Automation tools, CDPs, CDNs, Data Lakes, and client’s Ellis AI platform.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications through continuous improvement of code, build, and release pipelines.
• Support hypercare post-rollout and proactively address issues to maintain application stability.
• Lead and participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, including brown-bag presentations and PoCs.
• Adhere to client’s Application Compliance Gates and ensure all deliverables meet security, accessibility, and quality standards.

• The ideal candidate will bring deep Sitecore expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Sitecore certification is a plus but not mandatory.
