Job summary
The American Heart Association is seeking a Sr. Manager of Application Development for Sitecore, responsible for leading delivery, technical execution, and operations of digital platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of application development with leadership responsibility.
- Strong Sitecore experience (XP, XM Cloud) or similar platforms.
- Expertise in .NET, APIs, and enterprise web application development.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Sitecore and supporting digital platform solutions with high quality and maintainable implementations.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to meet project commitments.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, agile practices, and release governance; follow platform architecture and standards.
- Guide teams in leveraging Sitecore and Sitecore AI within delivery.
