Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of estimating experience in site development.
• Strong understanding of commercial site construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to independently price complex site packages.
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of complete and competitive site work estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
• Review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and contract documents.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for: Site clearing and grubbing; Earthwork and grading; Excavation and backfill; Underground utility systems; Drainage infrastructure; Water and sewer installations; Retaining walls; Asphalt paving; Landscaping and site amenities.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Mentor junior estimating staff and support departmental best practices.
