Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator to deliver on-site IT services for the DoS portfolio. You will install, monitor, and maintain servers, AD, SCCM, and mission-critical applications while enforcing DoS security policies and managing incidents.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and a Secret clearance. Preferred certifications include CompTIA Sec+ and ITIL 4 Foundation. This is a regular full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/Systems Administration experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Preferred: CompTIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and key applications (AD, SCCM, Travel Document Issuance System, Passport Records Imaging System).
• Enforce security controls per DoS policies and perform AD administration and vSphere remediation.
• Log, track and resolve incidents in Service Now; document all configuration changes.
• Maintain site topology diagrams and comprehensive system/technical documentation.
• Provide status reports and coordinate hardware/software upgrades and migrations.
