Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs/renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software.
• Ensure accuracy of field documents and reports.
• Facilitate toolbox talks as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to site safety standards and document discrepancies.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship per plans and specs.
• Manage other related projects as assigned.
