Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC seeks a Site Superintendent/Project Manager for a new multifamily rehab project in Brooklyn, NY and the Metro NYC area. You will oversee planning, resource allocation, safety, reporting, and coordination with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent, experience in multifamily rehabs, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Timberline; Raken a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Construction Superintendent
• Experience overseeing multifamily rehab/renovation projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with Timberline; Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams; deadline driven

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources and maintain daily field reports
• Ensure site safety and document discrepancies
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to control costs
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain high workmanship standards and adherence to plans/specifications
• Other related projects as assigned
