Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC is seeking Site Superintendents and a Project Manager for new multifamily rehab projects in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. You will oversee planning to execution, manage resources, and supervise on-site teams to meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a construction supervisor, strong leadership, and experience with multifamily renovations. Join a firm committed to high workmanship and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as Construction Superintendent.
Experience overseeing multifamily rehabs/renovations.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Proficiency with Timberline and Raken; CM software preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Maintain and update daily field reports in field reporting software.
Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, officials and clients.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
