Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking a Superintendent in the Fox Valley area to oversee ground-up commercial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. You will lead field operations from startup through closeout, manage subcontractors, schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics while enforcing OSHA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally on $5M–$15M projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Procore, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and ability to travel up to two hours to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from project startup through closeout.

• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts; coordinate RFIs, submittals, meetings, and inspections.

• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, photos, and project documentation.
• Oversee quality control, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.

Compensation

• Annual salary between $120,000 - $160,000
• M/V/D benefits, life insurance, STD/LTD, and 401(k) w/ match
