Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Site Selection Specialist for the US remote role. You will lead site selection for studies, mentor junior staff, and build relationships with investigators and networks to support feasibility and participation.

You will gather country-specific evidence, maintain data quality in ICON systems, and collaborate across Study Start Up and CRA teams. Travel about 10% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a Clinical Research environment.
• Proficient English and strong communication and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Selection Lead on single-country or small regional studies.
• Mentor junior Site Selection Specialists.
• Identify investigators/sites for feasibility and potential study participation.
• Build relationships with study investigators/sites and networks in assigned areas.
• Ensure data quality and documentation in ICON systems; follow SOPs and country feasibility requirements.
