Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Expertise in monitoring, data integrity, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with travel up to 60%.
• Southern California residency required.
