  • Perform and guide performance profiling, load/stress testing, capacity planning, CPU/memory analysis, database/query tuning, and latency analysis.
  • Support enterprise applications across technologies such as Java, .NET, web/UI technologies, and legacy platforms.
  • Work across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Experience supporting modern enterprise applications such as Java, .NET, web/UI, APIs, or distributed systems.
  • Strong experience using observability and monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace or similar platforms, to analyze metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, root-cause analysis, production readiness, and reliability practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting across application, database, infrastructure, network, and integration layers.
  • Mainframe/COBOL experience is valuable, particularly in environments integrating legacy and modern applications.
