Qualifications

7+ years hands-on experience as Software Engineer - Performance and Reliability Engineer.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Mainframe and COBOL application experience.
Experience with modern enterprise systems (Java-based, cloud-native).
Proficiency in AWS environments and networking basics.

Responsibilities

Improve reliability and performance for targeted services and platforms.
Lead incident response, runbooks, and post-incident reviews.
Drive capacity planning, observability, and automation to reduce toil.
Guide cross-team remediation and durable reliability improvements.
