Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in operations or DevOps environments
• Experience troubleshooting customer issues and managing relationships
• Strong scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and programming knowledge (Java, C#); SQL is a plus
