• 6+ years running production infrastructure at a SaaS company with paying customers.
• Deep AWS knowledge including EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53.
• Real incident response experience leading critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own uptime and target API metrics for 99.92% accuracy.
• Rebuild the backup pipeline to improve data retention and recovery.
• Lead incident reviews and ensure actionable outcomes.
