Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking an on-site Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability and reliability of critical microservices powering eCommerce channels. You will define SLOs, implement observability, and lead incident response while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes building observable, resilient systems and strong collaboration with global teams. This on-site position requires Springfield, MO presence with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, software engineering, or production operations supporting large-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE-based distributed systems; React experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical microservices in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Lead incident response efforts and drive blameless postmortems.
• Design, implement, and validate observability platforms including metrics, logs, traces, and real-time telemetry.
