Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III for a 12+ month contract/FT engagement in Pennington, NJ (Hybrid 3 days in office). You will operate hands-on across the stack to improve platform observability and drive reliability improvements across Global Markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong MySQL skills, deep Linux administration, and experience with Ansible, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

Qualifications

• Strong MySQL/database skills.
• Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Infrastructure engineering and automation background.
• Experience with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability and monitoring experience (Dynatrace preferred).
• Experience working in large-scale production environments.
• Azure and/or AWS cloud experience.
• SRE, Reliability Engineering, and DevOps practices.
• OpenTelemetry and modern observability tools.
• Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Operate across the stack to improve observability and reliability, delivering measurable efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Quartz teams to modernize the platform, migrate to Cloud, and harden production systems.
• Maintain execution velocity and reduce operational risk to meet reliability and performance objectives.
