Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong background in SRE, observability, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with Python and/or Perl, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with Dynatrace and modern monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate hands-on across the stack to improve observability and reliability.
• Drive reliability improvements and operational efficiency gains.
• Support platform modernization and cloud migration (Cloud 1.0/2.0).
• Harden production systems and evolve support tooling.
• Work with core teams to meet reliability and performance objectives.
• Utilize Ansible and CI/CD pipelines for automation.
