Job summary

Rewards Network is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance deployments and support cloud infrastructure in the Chicago area. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on ensuring reliable and scalable operations across our systems, predominantly Kubernetes and AWS.

This hybrid position requires in-office presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, troubleshooting skills, and a proficiency in various cloud and monitoring tools. Competitive compensation, including an annual bonus, is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Kubernetes and AWS environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve deployment pipelines for reliability.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes cluster issues and Docker containers.
• Leverage Grafana and Prometheus for system monitoring.
