NOCD is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to build and scale our telehealth platform. You’ll own design and operation of secure, scalable systems at the intersection of software, cloud, and reliability.

You’ll lead initiatives across architecture, platform engineering, and security while mentoring engineers and driving best practices as NOCD scales. Hybrid work in Chicago supports collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong AWS and cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, networking, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Ability to own initiatives across engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain reliable production systems.
