DigiTran Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help ensure the reliability and resilience of mission-critical platforms.

You will lead disaster recovery drills, validate platform rebuilds, and optimize automated deployment processes across cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern automation, manage Kubernetes clusters, and enhance observability with CloudWatch and Datadog while supporting large modernization efforts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8–10 years in SRE/DevOps/infra engineering.
• Expert AWS knowledge across compute, networking, storage, IAM, serverless.
• Proficient in Terraform and CloudFormation for IaC and automation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar.
• Deep Kubernetes administration and Docker deployments.
• Proven DR validation, data integrity checks, and rebuild procedures.
• Strong monitoring setup using CloudWatch, Datadog, dashboards and alerts.

Responsabilités

• Lead DR drills, validate platform rebuild procedures and DR playbooks.
• Execute infrastructure drills to meet 48-hour recovery targets.
• Verify data completeness and integrity during drills, document results.
• Identify readiness gaps and drive corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Design and support automated IaaC workflows with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
• Build observability solutions using CloudWatch and Datadog.
• Develop automation scripts in Python or Java to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate across platform engineering, security, applications, and data teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations, RCAs, and incident response.
