Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, 10+ years of related experience, and strong skills in AWS, ServiceNow dashboards, Confluence and Jira, plus excellent communication and collaboration

• Proficiency with Visio and PowerPoint for diagrams and project documentation.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and improve system reliability across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, workflows, and reporting using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain diagrams, architecture visuals, and project artifacts with Visio and PowerPoint.
• Lead and facilitate integration discussions, operational coordination, and post‑event reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to triage and resolve issues.
• Document processes and decisions in Confluence and track work in Jira.
