Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or hosting environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure hosting services.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server and IIS in production environments.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance, security, and reliability of client hosting environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 client coverage.
• Administer Windows Server and IIS environments.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for hosting-related issues.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements.
