Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency. A successful candidate will possess at least eight years of experience, preferably with strong cloud application knowledge, and hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Qualifications

• Eight years of experience designing and maintaining technology infrastructure.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of managing and monitoring Exchange Server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure for high levels of scalability and performance.
• Interface across teams to reliably test infrastructure changes.
• Partner with Dev teams for scalability and reliability guidance.
• Troubleshoot priority incidents and ensure incident closure.
• Automate and improve build environments for DEV & QA.
