The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams to support migrations and product development. The ideal candidate has a background in the utility sector, strong Scrum knowledge, and expertise in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide operational support for full-stack software applications.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of software in production.
• Collaborate with DevOps to monitor and troubleshoot the system including infrastructure.
• Increase system resilience and handle larger customer volumes with expert release and change management.
