Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Site Quality Manager to own QA/QC on a mega-scale data center campus. You will report to the Quality Control Director, operating independently from schedule pressure to ensure conformance with Fleet’s design documents and standards, and to support turnover readiness with commissioning.

This role requires 10+ years of construction QA/QC leadership on large projects, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, familiarity with CSA/MEP QA/QC, Procore, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of construction quality (QA/QC) experience on large-scale, fast-tracked, mission-critical projects.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC across CSA and MEP scopes, inspection and test plans, nonconformance/corrective-action processes, and turnover documentation.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards and commissioning interfaces (L1–L5).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the campus quality plan, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality standards.
• Own the owner-side inspection program — witness points and material verification — ensuring conformance before coverage.
• Audit and hold General Contractor’s and trade partners’ quality programs accountable for complete documentation.
• Identify, document, and track NCRs and deficiencies to closure with root-cause corrective actions.
