Responsibilities
- Lead all site operations with focus on safety, environmental compliance, quality, productivity and cost control.
- Drive execution of the site operating plan and performance objectives.
- Foster culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop salaried and hourly teams across production and operational functions.
- Monitor KPIs including safety, output, efficiency, waste and reliability.
