Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Significant experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments leading engineering and operations organizations.

Responsibilities

Leads technical and operational functions within the business unit supporting manufacturing operations.
Drives Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and data-driven decisions to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
Develops and implements strategic plans; manages budgets and resources.
Interfaces with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other functions for new product introductions and transfers.
Ensures compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, and applicable external regulations.
