MPI seeks a Site Manager to lead onsite construction across commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects in the Midwest. You will coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics, while maintaining safety and quality standards on every phase of the project.

You''ll collaborate with the Project Manager, communicate with clients and design teams, and drive proactive problem solving to keep budgets and timelines on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and multifamily construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Procore or similar construction technology experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and address delays proactively.
• Conduct quality-control and safety inspections.
• Review plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings.
• Work with Project Manager to maintain budget and schedule.
• Communicate with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
