Job summary

MPI is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to assist in planning and maintaining schedules on large commercial and multifamily projects. You will track expenses, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

You will support budgeting, change management, and schedule monitoring, working closely with the Project Manager and field teams to resolve on-site challenges and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project priorities.
• Experience supporting construction projects through coordination, subcontractor management, procurement, and document control.
• Understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, contracts, and multifamily construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
• Address on-site challenges and elevate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
