Qualifications

• 10+ years leading site maintenance programmes, engineering activities, and facilities operations in GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong background in maintenance programme development and execution.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional site teams, procurement stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements, maintenance planning, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site maintenance programmes and engineering support activities at a GMP facility.
• Collaborate with Site Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Facilities teams to align priorities.
• Manage technical vendors, OEMs, contractors, and external service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, resource planning, and procurement activities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• Develop and implement a spare parts strategy and ERP support.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, risks, and vendor performance.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and site procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive project completion.
• Coordinate reliability engineering activities and vendor performance.
• Support operational readiness and continuous improvement.
