Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a GMP site maintenance programme at a North Carolina facility.

You will oversee maintenance planning, spare parts strategy, and data management within CMMS/ERP systems, coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to ensure compliant operations. This role demands 10+ years leading site maintenance programmes in GMP manufacturing and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading site maintenance programmes in GMP manufacturing.
• Experience developing and managing spare parts strategies.
• Experience with SAP PM or Maximo.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme scope, schedules, resources, budgets and delivery.
• Develop and implement site maintenance plans in collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Quality.
• Oversee spare parts strategy, including critical spares identification, inventory planning and availability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and data management within CMMS/ERP systems.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including scope, schedules, performance and deliverables.
• Monitor programme risks, resolve issues and report progress to site leadership.
• Ensure maintenance activities and documentation meet site GMP requirements.
