Job summary

i2G Systems in Denver, CO is seeking a Site Lead to manage security system installations for new and existing clients. You will coordinate technicians and subcontractors, read specs, document changes, and ensure on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in physical/electronic security, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will train replacements and collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and security installations.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems and onsite labor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical/electronic security experience 5–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications to ensure alignment.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training of implemented control systems and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document and communicate changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
