Job summary

MANTECH in Guam seeks a Senior Site Lead to manage daily operations across multiple departments and geographies, aligning with DoD requirements and mission goals. This role demands strategic oversight, risk management, and proven leadership in multisite environments.

You will oversee personnel, coordinate RSOI services, sustain supply chain and life-support readiness, mentor staff, and ensure security clearance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience with multisite programs and document approval/quality gates.
• Secret clearance (active preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to subordinate supervisors to meet performance standards.
• Validate and oversee execution of RSOI services for deployed personnel/equipment.

• Oversee integration of supply chain and forward-deployed life-support.
• Manage equipment transitions from deployment phases to tactical areas.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff.

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Site Lead to join our team in Guam.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages and coordinates the daily operations of multiple functional departments across diverse geographic locations.
• Implement organizational policies and oversee the effective use of material and human resources to meet operational goals.
• Monitor mission-critical activities and provide technical guidance to subordinate supervisors to ensure performance standards are met.
• Validates and oversees the execution of RSOI services for deployed personnel and equipment.
• Coordinate the synchronization of reception operations, including the off-loading and marshaling of materiel from Intra-Theater phases.
• Oversee the integration of supply chain management services and forward-deployed life support to maintain unit mission capability.
• Manage the transition of equipment from Deployment phases to tactical assembly areas.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
• Work location in the USPACOM AOR is dependent upon the assigned project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight for multisite programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with USPACOM AOR logistics and expeditionary mission requirements.

Clearance Required:

• Must have a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
