Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Systems Technologist to serve as the principal Site Infrastructure Lead for the regional W-TRS Mission Support System environment.

This role provides technical leadership, operational continuity, fiscal oversight, workforce development, and infrastructure synchronization across mission-critical sites. You will coordinate with program leadership, regional site leads, vendors, and end users to ensure that infrastructure investments, training systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or 2+ years experience in enterprise information systems.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, lifecycle asset management, and SLA management.
• Ability to evaluate requirements, estimates, risks, and cost for contracts.
• Experience with LMS administration and training-record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end training and technical onboarding for Site Infrastructure users, establishing consistent operational standards across the regional W-TRS contract.
• Provide program leadership with the technical and logistical information needed to establish and maintain executive-level operating protocols.
• Serve as the principal authoritative knowledge custodian for W-TRS MSS infrastructure operations.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, operating procedures, and continuity resources to preserve institutional knowledge and reduce single-person dependency.
• Mentor site personnel and technical leads while establishing clear responsibilities, escalation paths, and delegation models.
