Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior Site Estimator/Project Manager to lead estimating and management within the paving division.

The role oversees bids from inception to completion, develops client relationships, and coordinates with the project team to deliver on-time, within-budget projects. This employee-owned company offers ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction and bid-to-billing oversight.
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from bid phase to completion.
• Prepare and review estimates for site projects.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Liaise between Hall Contracting and project owner representatives.
• Work independently and with the estimating/PM team.
• Promote safety on all projects.
• Update weekly/monthly project schedules.

Summary

Provide Estimating and Management within Hall’s Paving Division.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from the bid phase to the completion.
• Prepare and review estimates for site projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a high level of organization in order to meet critical deadlines.
• Meet and assist in developing customer relationship.
• Primary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner’s representatives.
• Able to work both independently and with parts of the estimating/project management team.
• Promote a safe work site for each project.
• Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
• Abide by Company Safety Program and Polices in performing duties safely.
• Communicate, update and report to the Division Manager.

Experience/Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction. Effectively managing the entire bid process from bid to billing

Education

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for extended periods at a time, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch daily. The employee must be able to walk and/or stand on their feet throughout the entire day.
