Job summary

Hall Contracting of Kentucky Inc. is seeking a Concrete Site Foreman to lead a crew in our asphalt division. The role emphasizes supervising crews, reading blueprints, and maintaining safe site practices in an employee-owned environment with ESOP contributions.

Ideal candidates have concrete site experience, the ability to coordinate daily activities, and a commitment to safety and payroll administration. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting multiple projects with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Additional education a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising a crew of employees.
• Previous concrete experience preferred.

Concrete Site Foreman

Summary/Objective

The Foreman manages activities of a crew of workers. Concrete and sitework experience preferred.

Essential Functions

• Has knowledge and understanding to plan for every task to be performed in a safe manner.

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs. Overtime as required.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional education a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience supervising a crew of employees required. Previous concrete experience preferred.
