Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives by evaluating industry practices and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, performance monitoring, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Drive business process improvements by analyzing workflows, reducing waste, and supporting change management.
• Oversee crisis management protocols, maintaining critical contact lists and participating in scenario planning.
• Guide reliability management and quality assurance activities to improve product performance and compliance.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, monitor budgets, and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and support organizational goals.
