Job summary

Panoramic Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III to lead site-level clinical studies. You will own study execution, drive patient recruitment and enrollment, and mentor junior coordinators, working closely with investigators and sponsors to ensure high-quality, compliant study conduct.

You will manage multi-study workflows, ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience in a site-based setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred; MA certification is a plus.
• GCP and/or IATA certification preferred; ACRP or SOCRA credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site-level execution of clinical studies under the PI.
• Oversee recruitment, eligibility screening, consent, and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate staffing, space, equipment, and workflows for efficient study conduct.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
• Mentor and support other research coordinators on protocol adherence and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Investigators, clinicians, sponsors, and centralized teams.
