Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Experience expanding project management duties.
• Proven track record in managing larger-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-project exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and documentation.
• Knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance, safety protocols.
• Ability to develop scopes, budgets and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve on multiple project teams and support the development of civil/site designs and drawings.
• Manage civil/site design and land development processes with clients and permitting authorities.
• Oversee project budgets, scopes and proposals; conduct studies and prepare reports.
• Support engineering practice leader in budgets, deliverables, QA/QC and price proposals.
• Communicate with external and internal clients; coordinate team activities.
• Contribute to marketing, business development and expansion of the practice.
• Mentor staff; ensure effective supervision, accuracy and detail.
