KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Woodcliff Lake, NJ team. The ideal candidate manages private and public civil/site development projects and leads client interactions and project budgets.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in an AEC-related field with 6+ years of experience, or 10 years in equivalent roles; Master’s degree preferred. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Experience expanding project management duties.
• Proven experience in project management roles focusing on larger-scale projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve on multiple project teams and support the development of civil/site designs and drawings.
• Manage civil/site design and land development projects, including clients and permitting processes.
• Lead budgets, scopes, technical deliverables, and price proposals; conduct engineering studies and prepare reports.
• Support engineering practice leader with budgets, QA/QC, and external/internal client communication.
• Assist with marketing, business development and expansion of the engineering practice.
• Mentor and supervise project teams; manage multiple projects and diverse teams.
