Job summary

CPH, a nationally recognized engineering and architecture firm, is expanding its Community Development team in Florida and seeking a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer in Ft. Myers. You’ll lead site/civil design, manage scopes and schedules, and coordinate with planning, environmental, and public works teams on projects across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in site/civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain quickly.
• Proven experience managing site development projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead/senior civil engineer on diverse site/civil projects.
• Lead and organize workload, work independently on design tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and design staff.
• Primary client liaison, build relationships and identify additional services.
