Job summary

CPH in Miami, FL is expanding its Community Development team and seeking a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer to lead site/civil design efforts, manage scopes, and liaise with clients on meaningful community projects across Florida.

You will oversee site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting, providing technical leadership while mentoring junior staff. Strong PE is preferred and a dynamic, growth-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred or ability to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site/civil design tasks and teams.
• Prepare permits and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure designs meet codes and standards.
