Job summary

DJ&A’s Civil Engineering & Design group in Bozeman seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Site Civil to lead local and regional site development efforts. You will own projects from planning through construction, coordinating with municipalities, stakeholders, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years of civil engineering and project management experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil projects from planning and design through construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and coordination with municipalities and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external consultants.
• Take ownership of project outcomes by leading with integrity, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Perform and oversee QA/QC reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
